Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS within 30 days of hire date or transfer date.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or compact multi-state license prior to hire date.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or equivalent professional licensure at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Clinical execution: Delivering direct nursing care per protocols and orders.
• Case management: Implementing and adjusting individualized patient care plans.
• Interdisciplinary coordination: Serving as hub for physicians, therapists, and specialists.
