Qualifications

• BLS Provider required within 30 days of hire/transfer.
• Advanced Life Support required prior to hire date or transfer date (AHA or ARC accepted).
• RN credentialed by Tennessee Board of Nursing prior to hire date or transfer date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care while following protocols and physician orders.
• Implement, monitor, and adjust individualized patient care plans.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and specialists for unified care.
• Plan and organize strategic discharge for safe patient transition.
