Responsibilities

• Monitors daily care of all residents.
• Performs skilled nursing tasks per policy and state law.
• Documents observations and ensures follow-up documentation.
• Communicates resident needs to family and physicians.
• Transmits physician orders and ensures plans are followed.
• Ensures medication carts and records are maintained.
