Sunrise Senior Living Naperville is seeking a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) to serve as the clinical anchor overnight. You will supervise care teams, monitor resident health, and ensure accurate medication administration and documentation.

The role requires an active RN or LPN license, nursing program graduation, and at least 1 year in senior care or a clinical setting. This is a full-time, on-site night position in Naperville, IL.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• 1+ year experience in senior care or clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes.
• Supervise caregivers and medication staff during night shift.

• Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Liaise with physicians, pharmacy, and families.
