Job summary

Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center Neonatology is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative team. The role offers care in a Level II NICU and responsibilities in well-baby nursery and delivery room, with overnight support from a backup neonatologist.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program required.
• National certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC) required.
• Current Pennsylvania RN and CRNP licensure (or eligible) required.
• Minimum of two years of RN experience required.
• BLS and NRP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level II NICU.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate.
• Prescribe medications and interventions within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with attending physicians and healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.
