Job summary

Recovery Innovations in Peoria, AZ seeks a PRN Milieu Specialist to lead de-escalation and support strategies in a Crisis - Recovery Response Center.

This role offers hourly wages of $23.50 for Living Room shifts and $25.50 for Observation shifts, with two 12-hour shifts per month and court appearance as needed.

The Milieu Specialist ensures safety, documents clinical information, and helps guests build community connections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of Peer Employment Training preferred.
• Active and valid Food Handler’s Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Guest care & advocacy with a No-Force-First recovery approach.
• Observe individuals and report significant changes.
• Help guests build natural supports and community living.
• Assist with meals and personal care as needed.
• Perform room safety and cleanliness checks.
• Respond to critical situations and document clinically.
