Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required; CPR & First Aid certification as required by state regulations.
- 1+ years of prior related healthcare experience; 1+ years handling medications preferred; on-the-job training available.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily medications, treatments, and care as assigned while adhering to policies and regulations.
- Notify supervisor if medications are not administered as directed and document reasons.
- Maintain accurate, confidential residence medication and care records per procedures and governing requirements.
- Track medication changes and/or refills; notify pharmacy of new orders and report missing medications.
