Responsibilities

• Administer medications and topical treatments as delegated by a licensed nurse.
• Maintain documentation for medication administration.
• Follow facility policies and state/federal regulations.
• Monitor and report resident condition changes to nursing staff.
• Count narcotics with appropriate personnel when required.
• Perform non-invasive treatments as directed.
