Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as Medical Assistant.
• Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program.
• Certification/registration as MA preferred or required by state.
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to rooms and ensure exam rooms are stocked and clean.
• Take vitals, draw blood, administer injections, assist with procedures.
• Prepare medications and immunizations as directed by Provider.
• Perform front desk duties: scheduling, records requests, referrals, check-in/out.
