Job summary

Senior Care Partners PACE is seeking a PRN Medical Assistant to float between centers and provide on-site support. You will room participants, collect vitals, administer vaccines, and assist with basic examinations as needed.

The role requires a CMA or RN with good communication, time management, and confidentiality. Expected to work at multiple sites including Kalamazoo or Calhoun County, with strong team collaboration and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant with 2 years' experience preferred.
• Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a clinical setting.
• Read, write, and follow instructions; basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Room participants and assess concerns and history.
• Obtain vitals and assess for pain; perform basic wound care as directed.
• Enter orders into EMR; administer medications and vaccines.
• Perform diagnostic tests and ensure equipment is clean and sterile.
• Inventory and order supplies; communicate effectively with staff, participants, and families.
• Support IDT meetings and participate in care coordination with the team.
