Job summary

Lighthouse Senior Living in Tampa is seeking a compassionate PRN Caregiver and med-tech for evening and overnight hours to ensure resident safety, comfort, and well-being. Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or home health preferred (but training available).
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Ability to work independently overnight.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must pass background screening and meet state requirements.

Position Summary:

Lighthouse Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN (As needed) Caregiver and med-tech to provide high-quality care and support to our residents during evening and overnight hours. This role is essential in ensuring resident safety, comfort, and well-being while promoting a calm and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care needs including toileting, bathing, dressing, and repositioning as needed

• Monitor residents throughout the night and respond promptly to call lights and requests

• Ensure resident safety and report any changes in condition to the nurse or supervisor
