Responsibilities

• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the nurse or supervisor.
• Assist with medication reminders (if permitted by state regulations and training).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Support morning wake-up routines as needed at the end of shift.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold residents’ rights at all times.
