Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN Caregiver to join our team for the overnight shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) every other weekend. The ideal candidate is attentive, patient, and committed to providing high‑quality care while ensuring the safety, comfort, and dignity of our residents during nighttime hours.

This role is essential in maintaining a calm, secure, and supportive environment while residents rest.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, incontinence care, repositioning, and mobility support
• Conduct routine safety checks and wellness rounds throughout the night
• Respond promptly to call lights, alarms, and resident needs
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the nurse or supervisor
• Assist with medication reminders (if permitted by state regulations and training)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Support morning wake‑up routines as needed at the end of shift
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold residents’ rights at all times
