Lighthouse Senior Living in Tampa is seeking a compassionate PRN Caregiver and med-tech for evening and overnight hours to ensure resident safety, comfort, and well-being. The role involves assisting with personal care, monitoring residents at night, and providing companionship in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include documenting care, reporting changes to nurses, and performing light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or home health preferred (but training available).
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Ability to work independently overnight.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must pass background screening and meet state requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with personal care needs including toileting, bathing, dressing, and repositioning as needed.
• Monitor residents throughout the night and respond promptly to call lights and requests.
• Ensure resident safety and report any changes in condition to the nurse or supervisor.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping and sanitation tasks in resident areas.
• Assist with overnight routines and morning prep when needed.
• Document care provided per community policies.
