Lighthouse Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver for the overnight shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) in Ellicott City. This full-time role involves providing attentive, patient care to residents during nighttime hours and ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity.

The ideal candidate will assist with ADLs, monitor wellbeing, respond to call lights, and maintain accurate documentation, while upholding confidentiality and resident rights in a quiet, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Caregiving experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care is preferred.
• CNA certification is preferred if no prior experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and observation skills are essential.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor is expected.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, incontinence care, repositioning, and mobility support.
• Conduct routine safety checks and wellness rounds throughout the night.
• Respond promptly to call lights, alarms, and resident needs.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the nurse or supervisor.
• Assist with medication reminders (if permitted by state regulations and training).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Support morning wake-up routines as needed at the end of shift.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold residents’ rights at all times.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
