Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee patient care within the LVN/LPN scope of practice.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions and document per policies and regulations.
• EMR documentation of patient assessment, evaluation, and changes.
• Implement care plans and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise CNA staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

• Participate in assigning duties and supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient.
