Cantex is hiring an LVN/LPN Charge Nurse in San Antonio, TX. You will participate in and oversee patient care within the LVN/LPN licensure scope, ensuring meticulous observation and timely reporting of patient conditions.

You will document in the EMR, implement care plans, administer medications, and supervise CNA staff to uphold high standards of patient well-being per state regulations.

Formación

• Must hold LVN/LPN license and be in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School and valid LVN/LPN license.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and participate in patient care within LVN/LPN scope of practice.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions and changes per policies and regulations.
• Document EMR entries related to patient assessment and condition changes.
• Implement care plans and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Responsibilities:

• As an LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• Ensures implementation of care plans as directed and administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participates in assigning duties and supervises the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
• Valid LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License
