Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited LVN program.
• Three years nursing experience preferred; one year with IDD adults preferred.
• Able to perform physical activity including walking, lifting, bending.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, as-needed medical coverage to ensure health and safety of residents.
• Assist with assessing medical situations requiring additional care.
• Manage medications, including ordering, delivery, storage, and MAR audits.
• Maintain medical documentation in EMR within 24 hours of care.
• Communicate with QIPD/parents/guardian about medical plans and changes.
