Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.
• Background checks required.
• Pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to mentor staff.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a group home for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Provide direction and supervision to Assistant House Manager (AHM).
• Assist residents in achieving active treatment goals and document in PCC.
• Lead home activities and care plan implementation.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Transport residents according to BV protocols.
• Attend interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning sessions.
• Enter and approve time records for AHM.
• Maintain monthly household budget and oversee purchases.
