Concentra is hiring an experienced and self-driven PRN Licensed Practical Nurse for an onsite clinic in Mansfield, OH. The role covers patient care support, administrative duties, and clinical tasks during PRN coverage, Monday through Friday mornings to early afternoons.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Current registration/license in the state where employed (OH).
• Completion of UDS, BAT, PFT, FIT certifications as required.

Responsabilités

• Escort patients to exam room and assist practitioner during examinations.
• Draw blood and prepare paperwork for lab pickup.
• Perform urine drug screens with proper chain of custody and shipments.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam, lab and treatment rooms; manage supplies.
