Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN license in Ohio.
• UDS, BAT, PFT, FIT certifications.
• Minimum 1 year of occupational health nursing experience.
• Continuing education is required to maintain license.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam room and assist practitioner.
• Draw blood and prepare paperwork for lab.
• Perform urine drug screens with proper custody and shipment.
• Maintain exam, lab and treatment rooms and inventory.
• Assist in medical records while protecting HIPAA/PHI.
