Job summary

Concentra in Mansfield, OH is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse to support our onsite clinic. You will assist practitioners, perform exams, tests, and administrative tasks while delivering compassionate care.

Schedule is Mon-Fri, 3PM-11PM or 4PM-12AM. The role requires at least 1 year in occupational health, valid LPN license in Ohio, and a commitment to excellent patient service and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Current registration/license in the state where employed (Ohio).
• Successful completion of UDS, BAT, PFT, FIT certifications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam room and assist practitioner.
• Draw blood and prepare documents for lab pickup.
• Perform urine drug screens and manage chain of custody.
