Good Samaritan Woodland Brainerd is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for PRN shifts at a 42-bed long-term and transitional care facility. The role requires providing professional nursing care, administering medications, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to support residents in a Christian environment.

You must hold an LPN license and have graduated from an accredited practical nursing program; an associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Must have an unencumbered LPN license with state nursing board.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long‑term and transitional care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document appropriately.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to meet resident needs.
• Counsel residents and families on prevention and care plans.
