Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as an LPN.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• License: current, unencumbered LPN license.
• Availability: PRN with at least 6 shifts per month including two weekends and holiday rotations.

Responsibilities
