Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold a Minnesota LPN license.
• If IV therapy/management is required, appropriate Minnesota-specific coursework/credentials must be met.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents in long-term care settings under supervision; administer medications and treatments as ordered; participate in an interdisciplinary care team; document care, assessments, and outcomes; maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff.
