Job summary

Fountain Inn Post Acute is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care on an as-needed basis at our 66-bed facility in Fountain Inn, SC. You will support residents’ health, comfort, and well-being while upholding high standards of care.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring conditions, and coordinating with CNAs and the clinical team. The position offers flexible PRN scheduling and opportunities across our SC network.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must maintain continuing education and stay in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care per individualized plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes.
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Promote safe, clean, respectful environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
