Chestnut Woods Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an LPN for PRN coverage in a 88-bed facility, offering daily pay and a shift differential up to $3.80. Must have 1 year of LPN experience and Massachusetts licensure with an active BLS CPR certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with standards and care plans.
• Follow individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Document accurately in accordance with orders and standards.
