Job summary

Chestnut Woods Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an RN for a PRN opportunity. The role offers daily pay and an attractive hourly range of $37.00–$45.80, with up to $3.80 shift differential.

Responsibilities include delivering skilled nursing care, administering medications, following care plans, and documenting accurately to support resident health and safety. Candidates must hold an active Massachusetts RN license (BLS CPR required) and have at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license required.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care per physician’s plan and written care plan.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
