Job summary

Haven Behavioral Hospital of Eastern PA is seeking a PRN LPN to provide nursing care for adults with mental health conditions. Shifts available across all hours, with competitive pay and shift differentials.

The LPN will work under RN supervision within Joint Commission standards to deliver safe, age-appropriate care, document findings, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Experience in behavioral health is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license and be eligible to practice.
• Experience in psychiatric or acute-care settings preferred.
• Ability to document accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Able to administer medications safely per policy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to assigned patients per plan.
• Document findings in patient records and communicate with the care team.
• Perform bedside procedures and ADLs as needed.
• Administer medications safely and educate patients.
• Support and mentor new staff as a preceptor.
