Haven Behavioral Hospital of Eastern PA is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time shifts. The role involves delivering quality nursing care in a psychiatric inpatient setting under RN supervision, with emphasis on accurate documentation and safe medication administration.

New grads are welcome. Competitive pay rates with shift differentials are offered along with a $2,500 hiring bonus. Available shifts include 3rd shift and night shift with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse in the relevant state with an active license.
• Experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred but not required.
• CPR certification and ability to supervise/mentor new staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to assigned patients per plan and RN guidance.
• Document findings accurately in patient records and communicate with the team.
• Administer medications safely following physician orders and facility policy.
• Support and assist with ADLs and patient comfort; participate in care planning.
