Job summary

Calvary Healing Center in Phoenix is seeking a Licensed Therapist for PRN (as needed) coverage. The role includes providing direct mental health services, developing individualized treatment plans, and facilitating group therapy to support patient recovery.

Requirements include a master's degree in counseling, Arizona licensure, fingerprint clearance, and relevant certifications. Prior IOP/PHP experience is preferred, with potential for career development within UHS.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in counseling related.
• Arizona State Licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW) required.
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card needed.
• BLS and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment.
• Handle With Care Training within 30 days of employment.
• Experience with IOP and PHP programs.
• One year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients to ensure safety and well-being.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on psycho-social history and assessments.
• Facilitate group therapy to optimize peer experiences and input.
