Calvary Healing Center, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Intake for PRN (as needed) coverage in Phoenix, AZ. Qualifications

• Arizona RN license (unencumbered) required.
• BLS and First Aid certifications required.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Verbal De-Escalation Training to be completed within 30 days of employment.
• Preferred one year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RN intake assessments for patients entering addiction treatment programs.
• Support care coordination across detox, PHP, IOP, and residential services.

Education
