Job summary

Bedford Care Centers is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The nurse will supervise LPNs and nurse aides, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress.

Responsibilities include charting progress, communicating changes to the RN Supervisor, stocking medication carts, and coordinating treatments with physicians, ensuring care is delivered in a timely and resident-centered manner.

Qualifications

• Practical Nursing License in good standing in Mississippi.
• Experience in Long-Term Care nursing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing techniques and medical practices related to long-term care.

• Provides information regarding changes in Residents’ progress to the RN Supervisor.
