Job summary

Stonecreek in Paducah, KY, a 90-bed community, invites PRN LPNs to join a resident-centered team in the medical district.

Provide bedside care, administer medications, take vitals, assist with comfort, injections or enemas, collect samples, and monitor catheters.

Qualifications

• Up to date first aid and CPR certification.
• Current LPN license in the state.
• At least one year of LPN experience in a Long Term Care Setting preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Exceptional staff training and customer service skills.
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care and administer medications.
• Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration).
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters.
• Provide wound care.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

LPN responsibilities:
