Stonecreek Health and Rehabilitation in Paducah, KY is seeking an LPN for PRN shifts to provide bedside care, medication administration, and routine nursing support in a 90-bed long-term care setting.

The role requires an active LPN license in Kentucky, up-to-date CPR/First Aid certification, and willingness to work evenings and weekends. Strong patient service and teamwork are essential in this compassionate team environment.

Qualifications

• Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification.
• Current LPN license in the state (Kentucky).
• At least one year of LPN experience in a Long Term Care setting preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Exceptional staff training and customer service skills.
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care and administer medications, documenting therapeutic effects.
• Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration).
• Assist with resident comfort and comfort measures.
• Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas as needed.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters.
• Provide wound care.
• Help coach staff as necessary.
