LPN Responsibilities include:

• Providing bedside care, administering medications, and documenting effects
• Monitoring vital signs
• Assisting with resident comfort
• Preparing and administering injections/enemas
• Sample collection and catheter monitoring
• Wound care
• Staff coaching as needed

Qualifications:

• Current first aid and CPR certification
• Valid LPN license in the state
• Preferred: at least one year of LPN experience in Long Term Care
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
• Strong customer service and training skills
• Compassionate demeanor
