Position Overview

Located in Salt Lake City, UT, Spring Creek Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing facility providing long-term and rehabilitation care. We are expanding our nursing team and are looking for dedicated professionals who seek a supportive environment, grateful residents, and opportunities for growth.

Hours

This is a PRN position offering flexibility. You must pick up at least one shift per month, which can range from 2 to 12 hours.

Wages and Benefits

• RN Hourly Wage: $35-43
• LPN Hourly Wage: $27-36

Job Responsibilities

• Ordering medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed
• Preparing and administering treatments and medications as ordered
• Notifying physicians and family members of changes in resident condition
• Performing procedures such as tube feedings, suction, catheterization, dressing changes, and irrigations
• Monitoring seriously ill residents continuously
• Advocating for residents and ensuring care aligns with their care plans and wishes
• Completing accurate and timely charting
• Providing 24/7 care to geriatric residents in a skilled nursing environment
