Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health in Rockville, Maryland is seeking licensed clinicians to support its Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adolescents and families. Location at 1445 Research Boulevard, Rockville, on-site.

We offer a full-time schedule with competitive salaries: Associate/Provisional Licenses from $65,000–$75,000 and Fully Licensed Clinicians from $75,000–$80,000 (DOE).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Maryland licensure or eligibility for LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT (Associate/Provisional) or LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT (Fully Licensed).
• 1+ year of clinical outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans focused on client needs.
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with Maryland regulations.
• Collaborate on discharge planning and outcome tracking.

• M-F : 3 days/week 8AM - 5PM, 2 days/week 11AM - 7PM

Our growing Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Rockville is seeking passionate, skilled therapists who are ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients ages 12-28.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans centered on client needs.
• Provide parent coaching and maintain consistent family communication.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with Maryland regulations.
• Collaborate on discharge planning and outcome tracking.
• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of care.
• Contribute to a positive, team-based clinical culture that values compassion and results.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Maryland licensure or eligibility for one of the following:
  • LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT(Associate/Provisional)
  • LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT(Fully Licensed)

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ year of clinical experience in an outpatient, IOP, or PHP setting.
• Experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
• Passion for working with adolescents, young adults, and families.
• Strong clinical documentation and diagnostic skills.
• Familiarity with outcome-based treatment planning and assessments.
• Willingness to obtain aCAQH profileandNPIduring onboarding.
