Responsibilities

• Collects, processes, and prepares specimens for testing.
• Performs venipunctures and finger sticks; ensures proper patient identification.
• Labels specimens and records chain-of-custody where required.
• Uses laboratory information system for registrations and orders.
• Performs clerical duties and supports referral testing workflows.
• Maintains clean work area and conducts routine quality checks.
