Job summary

Three Trails Behavioral Hospital in Independence, MO is actively hiring a PRN Admissions and Intake Clinician. We are seeking a compassionate, clinically skilled LCSW or LPC to join our Intake and Admissions team as a PRN.

This role conducts comprehensive assessments, evaluates patients for appropriate levels of care and admissions criteria, performs crisis intervention and risk assessments, and coordinates information with physicians and staff. You may also assist on units and lead groups.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling required or strongly preferred.
• Licensed in Missouri as LCSW/LMFT/LPC.
• Behavioral health, assessments, crisis intervention, and admissions experience preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients.
• Evaluate patients for appropriate levels of care and admissions criteria.
