Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
• Texas State Board license to practice Physical Therapy (ECPTOTE) with grace period if temporary license.
• Preferred 1+ year experience in an inpatient PT setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans with physicians and care team.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, adaptations, and safety.
