Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Texas license required or grace period up to 180 days if on Temporary license status.
• 1+ year of experience in acute physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans with physicians and care team.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress and refine therapy plans with timely documentation of outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and safe practices.
• Collaborate across disciplines for cohesive patient-centered care and smooth transitions.
• Mentor therapy assistants or students while upholding our values of excellence, compassion, and integrity.
