Job summary

Medical City North Hills Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist for inpatient rehabilitation on a PRN basis. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans with the care team, deliver evidence-based interventions, and monitor outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT) in Texas.
• Texas license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient abilities and create personalized treatment plans with physicians and care team.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress, refine therapy plans, and document outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and safe practices.
• Collaborate across disciplines for cohesive, patient-centered care and smooth recovery transitions.
• Mentor therapy assistants or students while upholding core healthcare values.
