Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares, portions, and delivers patient feedings per order, recipes, or RD instruction.
• Maintains feeding orders in computer system and labels feeds accurately.
• Transcribes feeding orders for labels and documents discrepancies with manager or RD.
• Ensures proper labeling, storage, and handling of human milk, donor milk, and formulas.
• Records temperatures and maintains HACCP and daily logs; reports safety issues.
