Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a Food Handler Permit, and one year of relevant hospital culinary or medical field experience. You will work a 20-hour weekly schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Food Handler Permit required.
• One year experience in hospital culinary program, diet office, or medical field required.
• Strong math skills; basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, portions, and delivers patient feedings per orders/ RD instruction.
• Maintains feeding orders in computer system and prepares non-ready feeds.
• Transcribes feeding orders to labels and ensures proper labeling.
• Follows HACCP guidelines and maintains temperature logs.
• Communicates with families and care teams regarding feeding orders and storage.
