Job summary

Athra Systems/Crosstown Mental Health seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner with addiction medicine experience to provide comprehensive psychiatric care in a residential setting. The role includes assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, plus history and physicals and medical follow-up.

Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members. This in-person position requires NM licensure and is within commuting distance of Las Cruces, NM.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Two years of experience working as a PMHNP/FNP is preferred.
• Board Certification as PMHNP or FNP
• Behavioral health or addiction treatment experience preferred.
• Active and unrestricted APRN license in New Mexico.
• DEA registration and prescriptive authority in New Mexico.
• Strong clinical skills in the assessment and treatment of psychiatric conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• This is an in-person position. Must be within commuting distance of Las Cruces, NM.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)/Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with addiction medicine experience to join our team.
