Athra Systems/Crosstown Mental Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)/Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)/Physician Assistant with addiction medicine experience to join our team in Fort Wayne.

The clinician will provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, to patients in a residential setting and perform history and physicals with medical follow-up.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Two years of PMHNP/FNP/PA-C experience preferred.
• Board Certification as PMHNP/FNP/PA-C.
• Active and unrestricted APRN license in Indiana.
• DEA registration and prescriptive authority in Indiana.
• Behavioral health or addiction treatment experience preferred.
• In-person role; commuting distance to Fort Wayne, IN.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients.
• Complete history and physicals; medical follow-up.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychopharmacological treatments.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling to patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
• Participate in case conferences and treatment planning meetings.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)/Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)/Physician Assistant with addiction medicine experience to join our team. The clinician will provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, to patients with a variety of mental health conditions in a residential treatment setting in addition to history and physicals and medical follow-up. This role involves collaborating with our team of psychiatrists and other team members.
