Elite Dental Care seeks a seasoned Registered Dental Hygienist for PRN coverage at our Eads and Germantown, TN locations. You will provide exemplary hygiene care, using Dentrix/Dental Intel systems, and join a team that supports your clinical ownership and professional growth.

We expect a minimum of 2 years’ experience, TN RDH license with nitrous oxide/anesthesia credentials, and CPR/BLS certification. This role offers flexible scheduling within a premier practice network.

• Proven Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist is required. (At this time, we are not seeking new graduates for this specific PRN role).
• Licensure: Current, valid Tennessee RDH license with required Nitrous Oxide and Anesthesia credentials.
• Productivity Mindset: An ability to manage your column efficiently while maintaining meticulous periodontal charting and patient education.
