Job summary

CarePartners in North Carolina is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for PRN roles to provide direct patient care per physician orders and adjust care plans to meet patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes teamwork, end-of-life care, pain and symptom management, and coordination of hospice services with the interdisciplinary team. RN licensure and BLS are required, with a valid driver’s license. This position supports compassionate post-acute care across western North Carolina.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of start date
• Driver's license required
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree required
• 1 year of experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow the plan of care and provide treatments
• Provide direct patient care per the State Nurse Practice Act
• Coordinate hospice services with the interdisciplinary team
• Manage pain and symptom relief as part of patient care
