Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN licensure or registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Driver License (DL) required.
• Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Follows the plan of care, provides treatments, and works collaboratively with the team to meet patient outcomes.
• Provides direct patient care as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act, including end-of-life care duties.
• Coordinates hospice services and reports needs to the interdisciplinary group.
• Manages pain and symptoms for patients as part of holistic care.
